Questions You May Have When Shopping Online With ASK Dress Boutique:
Q. Can I order online and pick up my order at the store?
A. Yes! There is an option in the checkout for free in-store pick up. Choose “local pickup” as the shipping method. If you choose this option we ask that you pick up your items within 5 business days.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. We are currently shipping to customers located anywhere in the United States. If you need to have something shipped outside of the United States, please contact us at ASK and we will do our best to assist you.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. There is a shipping flat rate of $15, but we do have a free shipping promotion! Receive free shipping on any orders that are over $200 by using the coupon code: FREESHIP at checkout.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and if you prefer to pay with PayPal, we accept that too!
Q. Do you offer any sales or promotions online?
A. Yes! Currently to celebrate the launch of our new website, we are offering 15% off your first online order! Use the coupon code: 15OFF at checkout to receive this discount. You can find all of our online deals in our “Promotions” section on the ASK homepage. We also have a “Clearance Rack” section online where you can find more discounted items at the boutique. The sale items do not stick around long so snag these deals while you can!
Q. Do you offer “school tracking” through your online store?
A. Yes! If you are buying a dress to wear to a school dance, we ask that you list the host school and dance you are attending in a special section at checkout. We do this in-store and online to avoid selling the same dress, in the same color, to a customer that will be attending the same school dance.
Q. What if I find a dress on your website that I love but you do not have my size in stock?
A. Most of our formal dresses can be special ordered in a variety of sizes from the designers. If you find a formal dress that is not in stock in your size, please contact us! We have live access to all of our designers inventory and we can order the size that you need if it is available from that particular designer.
Q. Who can I contact if I have any questions or issues while placing an order online?
A. If it is during our regular business hours, please feel free to call the boutique at (815) 630-3009. You can also send us a message on Facebook Messenger, or fill out the contact form on our “Contact” page – which is located at the top of our homepage in the upper right corner. One of our staff members with get back to you as soon as possible!
Q. Is all of your inventory shown online?
A. While much of our inventory is online, we do have a larger selection of dresses in-store at the boutique. During our busy seasons we receive new inventory quite often. We will do our best to upload our new inventory as quickly as possible, but sometimes our items do not last long in the boutique once they hit the sales floor!
Q. Why do you not accept any returns or exchanges?
A. ASK Dress Boutique’s current return policy has been in effect since July 2018. Due to the nature of our merchandise and the seasonality of many of our items, all sales are final. Our staff at ASK Dress Boutique takes great care of every garment while it is inside the boutique. Once a dress leaves our store, we can not be sure that it will be stored properly, or if any unnecessary stress to the garment has occurred. When purchasing from our website and/or our physical location, it is understood that we do not accept returns, offer store credit, allow exchanges, or issue refunds of any kind. Please refer to the size chart for each individual item to assure you are purchasing the correct size. Feel free to contact ASK at email@example.com or call us with any questions.
Tip for Local Shoppers
ASK Dress Boutique limits the quantities of specific dress styles in-store, which allows us to offer our customers a wider selection of styles. Our inventory changes seasonally. We rarely re-stock previous styles so we can make room for the newest styles and trends. This means once we sell out of a style we may not offer it again in the boutique. If you see a dress that you love on our website, you may want to purchase the dress online and then pick it up at our store location to limit the possibility that the dress may be sold before you can visit our store.
