ASK Return Policy

ASK Dress Boutique’s current return policy has been in effect since July 2018.  Due to the nature of our merchandise and the seasonality of many of our items, all sales are final.  When purchasing from our website and/or our physical location, it is understood that we do not accept returns, offer store credit, allow exchanges, or issue refunds of any kind. Processing of Orders

All items ordered online will be thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.  Every attention to detail will be given to assure the item is in perfect, wearable condition before we ship your item(s). We are not responsible for any shifting in beadwork that may take place during shipping. This is not considered damaged as this is the nature of embellished dresses. Please understand that beadwork or sequins can only be attached in many instances with one thread making the garment very delicate and susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear. Your items will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase and can be expected to be received within 7 days after shipment. Orders placed Saturday – Monday will be processed on Tuesday.  Please allow extra time for weather or disaster-related events as ASK is dependent on the shipper. As events that are currently happening have shown, some things are just beyond our control. If you need your item(s) to be delivered by a specific date, or if you are at all concerned about processing/shipping times, please contact us at askdressboutique@gmail.com or (815) 630-3009.

Clearance Items

Items listed in the “clearance rack” category are new items that have been tried on before in the boutique.  While the staff at ASK does our very best to care for each garment, there might be some minor flaws, such as a few loose beads, or tiny flaws in the fabric. Due to the nature of beaded & sequined dresses, any pulling on the dress may cause the beads to become loose or fall off. This is just normal stress to the garment. Sale items are sold as is.  If you are at all concerned about the condition of a sale item, we highly encourage you to contact us at askdressboutique@gmail.com or (815) 630-3099 PRIOR to your purchase.  A sales representative will be able to answer any questions you may have. As with all of our items, “clearance rack” items are final sale, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
